McCoy-Design is a Dallas-based creative design studio specializing in the production of visual identities, print materials, website graphics, and packaging.

It will be your responsibility to escalate issues to other support teams and to deliver changes about the desktop infrastructure that do not normally fall under break-fix responsibility (Work Orders, App Deployments, Patches).

They are looking for a candidate with a good understanding of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, Firewalls, Subnets, etc. Also well-versed in Desktop Management (Ivanti, SCCM, InTune), Patch deployment (WSUS, Ivanti, SCCM, Group Policy), and Device control (BitLocker To-Go, McAfee DLP).

Also, the candidate must be able to Assess client requests on a case-by-case basis. And capable of tracking workloads and conforming to a strict SLA. Also, can support Antivirus solutions (McAfee ePO/Endpoint Security and Windows Defender).
