Alcority is looking for a candidate for Endpoint Engineer Role in the USA. Alcority is looking for Endpoint Systems Engineer for Texas, United States location. This is a full-time entry-level opening with Alcority. They are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

As an endpoint engineer, you will contribute to our IT infrastructure team by utilizing your extensive endpoint management and system administration experience to ensure endpoint configuration, deployment, security, and compliance. Furthermore, this role functions as a backup or overflow for IT Support Specialist issues when they are unavailable, or as necessary.

With Microsoft 365 Endpoint Management and Intune, as well as third-party patch management and remote support solutions, the incumbent will ensure a seamless balance between endpoint usability and security. Also, manage security baselines, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and conditional access policies to maintain seamless security.
Also, the candidate must be able to determine and implement solutions to improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of endpoint services and capabilities in collaboration with the IT Support and Operations Team.
When necessary, this role serves as an overflow or backup for “break / fix” support issues, so the incumbent must be prepared to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks to accommodate overflow, vacations, etc. For success in this role, experience with end-user support is also necessary, since endpoint management and administration directly affect users.
