In rule engine getting the error:-2016280573 and i dont have backup for collections . Is there any option to restore the collections
I think the only option is to delete and recreate the ADR.
I think you need to analyze ruleengine.log as discussed in the post https://www.anoopcnair.com/sccm-adr-automatic-deployment-rule-creation/
The ruleengine.log file might give more details such as GetTargetCollectionID failed with error:-2016280573
If so this is because the collection used in ADR got deleted somehow. Try to restore the collection if possible https://www.anoopcnair.com/backup-and-restore-sccm-custom-collections/
