Application installation failed status

Question

Hi

We are faced few systems application status showing in software center failed But application installed and working

What is reason we get failed software center application

How I can fix failed status

Can you please answer me any one

    If the application is showing failed in software center but you are sure that it is installed and working fine then you need to look at the detection method.

    Check at the Appenforce.log and Appdiscovery.log which will show you the error and if the detection is successful.

    You can also change the command line adding in the log file switch which will give you better insight.
