Question

Hello Team,

I am back with 2 issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Infrastructure details first. SCCM

1 Primary Site 2107 with latest hotfix, 38 DP’s, 3 HTTP MP & 1 HTTPS MP, 1 HTTP SUP and 1 HTTPS SUP, CMG, WSUS and SQL DB on Remote server, SQL DB with Always ON,

Description:-

Issue 1 :- Unable to approve software requests via e-mail.

Issue 2 :- Very few users getting attached error while requesting software.

    I have not worked on the approval flow for application deployment. But can you explain how the approval flow is implemented and whether there is any missing piece in it.

    Have you enabled EHTTP or use PKI?

    Also worth looking at two of the following log files

    SMS_REST_PROVIDER.log
    NotiCtrl.log
