Bitlocker Recovery key is not getting generated

Question

I have seen that Bitlocker recovery key id is not getting generated in database but able to generate recovery key id for D drive. Currently we have observed almost 6-8 system face the same issue. We have also check events from server side but there is not issue from SCCM primary server.

We are using SCCM CB 2002 with MBAM.

Note: We are not using recovery key backup on AD.

If any one know the solution please let us know.
