CcmEval tasks are getting queued up in windows task scheduler

Error in sccm: Remediation Failed 0x00000332 Request to run client evaluation task has not succeeded
CcmEval tasks are getting queued up in windows
Found these two logs in evaltask, which may help
-Current time is 2020/05/05 01:20:59 (UTC), last evaluation time is 2020/04/24 08:37:23 (UTC), interval with buffer is 1500 minutes CcmEvalTask 5/05/2020 11:20:59 AM 22160 (0x5690)
-Client evaluation task is detected to not run in recent 3 cycles but doesn’t exceed the maximum cycles (3) CcmEvalTask 5/05/2020 11:20:59 AM 22160 (0x5690)
Verified this for no bad registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionScheduleTaskCacheTreeMicrosoftConfiguration ManagerConfiguration Manager Health Evaluation
Works fine when we manually stop the task and re-run. This happens with few repetitive servers only 10 out of 3o0 on weekly basis.
