Cloud Management Gateway stuck in “Stopping”


ERROR: TaskManager: Task [AnalyticsCollectionTask: Service updateprd] has failed. Exception Microsoft.ConfigurationManager.AzureManagement.FailedToCommunicateToServiceException, Failed to get access token to resource endpoint.

  1. I try restarting all SCCM related services

    Also I try to check Azure Server status and try to restart that also

  2. Thanks Anoop for your instance reply can you please tell me what services need to be restarted as my connection analyser “stop service” and “start service” is in grey can’t edit.

  3. Restart the services and check again
