CMG – Cloud manage gateway properties under content tab – unable to see deployed packages

CAS environment managed by other team. I manage one of the primary site  of that CAS child , where we are using CMG. CMG configred at CAS. Am sccm full administrator at my primary site however i unable to see packages under content option of CMG properties. AM i missing any security role or scope ?? As a sccm full administrator why i am unable to see packages ?  please help me what security permission am missing here .

Another Question :  If i want to deploy a application or package to internet based machines , is that application or package must need to be targeted to cloud DP ?
