Collection Issue user based Software user gets removed from a Collection

Question
A user gets removed from a collection; The collection has user-based software. How long before software is removed from the user’s software center?
User policy was run after the removal, the system has been rebooted multiple times, and no other users are logged on.
Twelve hours after the procedure is run, the removed advertised software is still available in the software center.
Where would you need to start troubleshooting this issue?

    Policy evaluation, so the ccmeval.log

    Start from the application under the deployment tab check if it has another deployment targeting the same user in a different collection
