Dell Third-party updates via sccm
This is related to Dell third party patching via sccm. We subscribed Dell catalog. Sync is working fine. And we published Dell software updates. we deployed Dell openmanage client to workstations. Now our concern is we don’t see any machines scan results (Summarisation) in required column. It shows 0 for all Dell updates.
Note: Workstations scan is perfectly working fine. We implemented Adobe along with Dell. Adobe is perfectly fine we can see the summarisation results but not for Dell.

Have you already checked the client-side logs and compared the logs between Adobe and Dell?
Yes, every other updates working fine except Dell. No errors in Client side or Server side logs. I also suspect if any issues with Dell openmanage client inventory agent.
