Device Collection – Member Count Mismatch

Team,

There is a difference in member count when we look at a Device Collection  under Device Collection tab & when we look under Deployment Tab for the same collection.

Kindly help …

    Hi Jitesh,
    The problem discussed in the link shared above is somewhat different from my issue.

    Here in my case, there is no issue in terms of Device Collection. No. of devices shows under the collection are OK as per the query defined.
    But then , as soon as we make some deployment on this collection , under the Monitoring>Deployment tab..
    It says ‘Total Asset Count=1300’ approx .. whereas the Member Count under Device Collection is 2000 approx.
    Kindly refer the attached screenshots in original post.

    Also, Mine is Standalone Primary Site.

      Thank you for the response! Assuming all the resources added in the collection have the client installed. Do you able to see Client YES in the collections for 2000 Devices?
