  1. Hello Santosh, you can prevent from creating shortcuts “during client installation” as suggested by Harjit.

“After Client Installation” – You could remove\hide the latest MEMCM Software Center shortcuts for All Users from this location “C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Endpoint Manager\Configuration Manager\Software Center.lnk”

If you’re using SCCM Version below 1910, you can also locate the shortcuts at same location, Only Start menu folder names changed “C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs”

You can install the SCCM client with the following command CCMSetup.exe /ExcludeFeatures:ClientUI to prevent installing Software Center altogether on the computers. Otherwise, you could use GP preferences to remove the shortcut.
