  2. Auto sync is not enabled for some reason..in all theses wsus was working we were able to import updates but now all of a sudden it is not working. I checked internet connection in different browser it is fine

  3. Why do you want to import an update to WSUS manually? Auto sync is not working or is this update is not available in WSUS auto sync …..

    You should be able to download the files from the Windows catalog if those updates are available to download …. have you tried from different browser and internet connection?
