Feature Update Download Issue after sccm upgrade

Heads up! #memcm admins. If you do the Windows 1909 Feature Upgrades with servicing, you probably must re-download the update Content because of a new WindowsUpdateBox.exe which is part of the Update.     same with 2004 Feature upgrade using servicing , the downloaded=no
