From where I can download the Windows 10 Language package (cab file)

Eg:- Microsoft-Windows-Client-Language-Pack-X64_en_gb.cab

I have searched for the same on the internet. But I didn’t found any.

    Hello – You can download the cab file from VLSC or MSDN (visual studio) subscription

    You didn’t mention what build version of Windows 10.
