Few users reported machine upgraded to lastest version of OS, how can we find out.. Machine upgraded using SCCM or internet

Hello Jitesh,
1)I have gone through WindowsUpdate.log and i didn’t found anything related to Feature update.
2)We have created servicing plan in my infra, but we haven’t deployed to any collection.
3) As we need if any update is downloaded using SCCM, content will be saved in CCMcache, I didn’t found that as well.
My main concern is, where can see weather OS upgraded using SCCM or Microsoft……IS there any registry or Anything?

Unless you have configured a Task Sequence or Windows Servicing for Feature Updates and deployed to your collections in SCCM, then your clients have picked it up via Windows Update directly with Microsoft.
Yes.. I think it pick from windows update directly from Microsoft… But to confirm.. Update download from Microsoft

1. Machine core OS upgraded automatically to latest release version by MS or SCCM?
2. Could you please go to run and type winver and share version?
