How Machines will get SCCM client installed

Question

Hi Folks,

How Sccm client will get installed on a machine which is part of co-management pilot collection if CMG is not configured? I read that, CMG is not mandatory to configure co-management, but it’s recommended.

If I can understand correctly, the client will get installed automatically in co-management if CMG is in place.
