How to compile High level information from MECM using PowerShell
Question
Hi
I am working with a customer who has some concerns about their MECM 2006 environment in regards to vulnerabilities and deployment of software updates to their devices.
As part of this I want to provide a general high level summary of the infrastructure such as how many MPs, DPs, SQL version.
I know I can get this information from the GUI via the System status, site status component status but would prefer to extract into a format I can put into a document.
I assume PowerShell might help here, is anyone able to advise where best I can start?
Thanks

I think this report produced by ex colleagues are very useful
is this something that you want to give a try ?
Custom Report to Get SCCM Site System Server Roles DP MP SUP ConfigMgr https://www.anoopcnair.com/sccm-site-system-server-roles-custom-report/
That looks very useful, I did try to run that on the SQL server but it didnt seem to like the query 🙁
That could be some formatting issue because of copy paste … mainly the following quotes

Thanks Anoop, it was the formatting!
