KB5000853 Win8.1 Patching issue.

Question

Hi Team,

KB5000853 causes Printer issues on Windows 8.1 on the user machines.

I am able to see online this is a know issue but need to understand do we have any  fix ?

    Hi Jitesh,

    Thanks for your response. I have verified the above site but the challenge is KB5001640 not exists in Config Manager.

    Hello Satish,

    Microsoft has mentioned this as known issue – After installing updates KB5000853 released March 9, 2021, you might get unexpected results when printing from some apps.
