Move the SCCM console -primary site- to anocher new

Hi All,

Hi Colleagues :: i need move the SCCM console -primary site- to anocher new from scratch Windows server 2019 new server by the way – it is important to mention that the SQL instance for SCCM is in another server and i do not have access to the old console how i backup using powershell? is it possible?
any input about how to handle on this environment?
greatly appreciate any previous experiencie.
i have experience installing SCCM but not move to another server.

    Plan SCCM HA. It’s a very easy way and I am also implementing it
