O365 updates failed to download (DownloadUpdateContent() failed with hr=0x80073633)

Question

Hello Team,

I am facing an issue with O365 updates, unable to download the semi-annual channel updates. Getting error (DownloadUpdateContent () failed with HR=0x80073633).

I have uninstalled the October & November month updates as well. However, no luck. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Which version of ConfigMgr in use? I think you should not have this issue if you have 2010 version of SCCM.

    Because I have seen similar issues SCCM 1810/2002 as well… unable to download MS O365 Patches, receive an alert Failed to download content id 17750200. Error: Invalid certificate signature…

      Hello Anoop Sir,

      We are having Server OS – 2012 R2 and Current Branch – 2002. I have followed your blog and uninstall the October & November month patches. However, the Issue that persists remains the same.

      Could you please advise, What should be next action plan except the CB uprade.
