    OK. It’s clear.
    Have you tried to manually install the patch on one of the problematic devices just to test whether there is a problem with identifying the state of the patch installation on the same device?

    I will try to update WUA if there is any updates available

    Also, I hope there is no prerequisite for that particular KB … something like SSU

    Are you getting this error during

    -SCCM app deployment?
    -SCCM patching error?
    – SCCM OSD error?

          First of all – CcmMessaging.log – Records activities related to communication between the client and SCCM MP. As we explained in the article https://www.anoopcnair.com/sccm-logs-files/

          I don’t think you need to worry much about that error because that is a generic authentication error

          But what is the exact issue? Patches are not getting deployed or installed on the device ?

          Or Patch compliancy is not getting reported back to MP/SCCM primary server?

            But what is the exact issue? Patches are not getting deployed or installed on the device ? – The machines are compliant even the patches are not installed on the machines.

            I checked the UPdatesHandler.log,WUAhandler.log the scanning is complete

            But in scanagent.log i saw this error
            “CScanAgentCache::PersistInstanceInCache- failed at PopulateWMIObjectFromInstance with Error=0x80041005”

            i already rebuild the WMI library but the issue still persist and use the clearevaluation script and reset the WUA but still the machines couldn’t get the updates 🙁
