Hopefully is there any update on this issue? Try to share solutions to help others in the community
and all certificated are UNBLOCKED
Any update on this, please? I’m going to close this thread.
i disabled “Enable the Configuration Manager console to use the administration service” then restart server and open console, but get same,
then re enabled “Enable the Configuration Manager console to use the administration service” and restart the server and open console but get same error.
sccm version is 1910 without related hotfix,
Hello – can you try
1. To DISABLE … Enable the Configuration Manager console to use the administration service
2. Remove the Checkmark to use EHHTP option “Use Configuration Manager generated certificates for HTTP site systems”
3. Check whether the SMSIssueing cert is getting removed from cert node ..if not try to block it
And reenable everything …
Try to test again
Even though I have not heard about any known issue issues related to this for 1910. I would recommend updating the infra with latest patch ….
Hello, the problem is not solved!
Unfortunately, I don’t have any other suggestions.
Try to raise a case with Microsoft or try to upgrade to the latest version and check.
Hello – I think I’m missing something here. When are you getting the following error?
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 192.168.183.129:443
Which is this IP? Primary server IP … Can you please post some screenshots using https://snipboard.io/
yes it is primary server ip.
console connections node need CA?
operating system of all servers in sccm environment are Windows server 2019
Hello – Does this mean you have already enabled the following check mark from the hierarchy setting? If so, can you try to disable and restart console? Does that help?
“Enable the Configuration Manager console to use the administration service.”
Also, can you share the screenshot of certificates node and check whether some certs are blocked there ?
Which version of SCCM you are using?
yes it mean i have enabled following check mark.
Hello – As I mentioned in the above comment if you have already ENABLED. Can you please try to DISABLE it.
Close the console and open again …try to browse..
If everything ok .. try to ENABLE it again.. this might help …
Also make sure there is no BLOCKED certificates
i get following error in sms_rest_provider
“Administration service process failed to bind or unbind SSL certificate. “
