sccm application deployment failure

Question

Hi ..: am seeing one of our application is failing with error : evaluation failed 0x80041009(-2147217399) and app discovery log have this error as populateAppDTAction failed .error 0x80010105 .. could it be because of detection method .? Also only on 20% devices we are seeing error out of total number ? Any help or would be appreciated

    Can you provide more details about the app, how you created it, what detection method you are using, what are the values chosen, etc?

    Hello Prasanna, Basically AppDiscovery responsible for discovery and detection of applications on client machines. Could you please review the below article and analyse the process accordingly….

    Please let us know update, If possible try to share the log file for complete analysis by hiding sensitive information.
