SCCM Client Install Issue

Question

Hi Team,

Ours is co-management environment ( SCCM and Intune ).

Since a week we are observing there is an issue in installing the sccm client for newly build machines particularly at 3 sites ( in china ) at the moment.  We are pushing as an lob app via Intune. It fails when the devices are connected to office network. Same with manual install.

When tried with external hotspot the manual install works fine and intune also but takes some time.

When checked the ccmsetup.log file we are seeing error as below:

” Ccmsetup failed with error code 0*87d00455 “

Any suggestion why the client fails with above error.

Please advise.

    Hello – Do you use any certificates or HTTPS? This could be a problem with cert… have you checked CCMSetup.log or event logs to get more details on this.

      Thanks for your response.
      I have checked the ” ccmsetup.log ” file I could see the error as ” Ccmsetup failed with error code 0*87d00455 “
