Have you enabled 3rd party patching in your environment from SCcm?

Which version of sccm you are in

If you have third party updates like dell or Lenovo deployed from sccm then try following

    1. Deny third party updates – but be very careful because if you still want to use third party updates then this would create issues.
2.Delete those updates from WSUS database. Script https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Delete-3rd-Party-Updates-e5bf19fe/view/Discussions to delete 3rd party updates.

      Hi Sir,
The SCCM version is 1902. Yes, for OS updates patching, we have enabled the Dell/lenovo driver updates on a group of machines (UAT). They were present since February, but this issue came for this month, before this, all the updates were successfully getting installed.
      – any particular reason this could have happened?
      – will this issue be same on machines which do not have the Dell/Lenovo updates installed yet?
      – will I be able to install the driver updates later if I perform the steps you gave?
      What do you suggest?

Hello Anmol, That shared script will help you to delete those updates. As the updates were already exists it would not publish latest updates.

After deletion, you can again import those updates.
