Question
Any script to clean up machine policy or user policy on user machine device.
As such task we can done from client configuration management tool but need if script for this task.

The most common and number one troubleshooting method of ConfigMgr on a device is to uninstall the client and reinstall. This helps flush things out and start fresh. If this brings the same results, then deeper troubleshooting needs to happen.
Nope, unfortunately, I don’t think there is any supported way to action this with a script.
You can hack WMI but I don’t suggest that at all
Better to uninstall client repair wmi and install it again
