Secondary site logs are not updating

Question
  1. Hello all, we have one primary and 8 secondary sites and on one of the secondary site none of the logs are no updating since last 2 days, replications link is green, site status is green, in component status MP_Control_manager is showing as Red Critical. Please suggest troubleshooting to perform

    this is resolved after providing SYSTEM account full control on logs folder and changing the SMS tracing registry enabled value to 1 on effected site

    I have restarted the server, removed recently installed windows update, uninstalled anti virus, still logs are not updating. Strange is Secondary is working fine like OSD, content distribution is working. Whereas logs on the server are not updating
