    Hi,

but why you are using service account isn’t it is a security voilation?
Check in the Administrative users section and see if that account has full admin rights on console and the security scope is selected to all.
The options can be grayed out also if the update is stuck on checking prereq or prereq check has failed.
Where is the service connection point role installed check that, also check dmpdownloader.log and see what error it shows.

1902 and 1910 and 1906 showing ready to install but when I right click on any update everything is greyed out for me.

  1. I understand that you are not able to download the hotfix for the update 1806? There is no download button or is it grayed out? May be 1806 is already out of support

January 31, 2020, was the end of support date for 1806.

Is there any update available in the console?
