    Hi,

    Check WSUSCtrl.log, WsyncMgr.log and WCM.log files.
    Check internet access and proxy settings
    Check firewall
    Perform SQL index
    Perform WSUS cleanup

    It’s more difficult to provide correct answer with log files. Please check above checklist.

    – Did you checked with Network team. Is something blocking from Firewall side.
