    Think of this as being similar to running the actions in the ConfigMgr applet in Control Panel. Forces actions to run ASAP rather than wait for their scheduled random times.

    Basically Run Summarization” option will enforce clients to send the latest compliance status to site server/site database post which we normally see a detailed view in monitoring.
