    Thank you very much Karan Gaur (From The WA Group) helpd me with the issue and its been solved…

    It was 3RD Party Updates that cause the issue

  1. Hello – Do you think all your devices have the same error or only some

    ScanJob::OnScanComplete -Scan Failed with Error=0x8024400d.
    Scan has failed, scan request will be pending for scan retry cycle.

    0x8024400d Means – Same as SOAP_E_CLIENT – SOAP client found the message was malformed; fix before resending.

    Pls can you let me know the exact error in the text format

    How do you come to know it’s an SUP issue?

    The flows which you need to check things from client-side for Sofware update or patching issue?
    1. Locationservices.log – Check whether it’s able to find WSUS Path= and Distribution Point with patches
    2. WUAHandler.log to check whether scan is completed or not
    3. Updatedeployment.log – Check for deadline of the assignment and Software Updates client configuration policy, DetectJob completion received for assignment, Added update (Site_, PercentComplete, etc…
    4. Execmgr.log – Execution is complete for program Software Updates Program
    5. RebootCoordinator.log – Reboot related things
