The problem of not being able to install an update to 20H2?

Question

Hello,

To the round. Do any of you also happen to have experienced the problem of not being able to install an update to 20H2?

The SCCM client has been reinstalled multiple times on the affected machine. A manual installation was performed and completed without an error message. However, the update is still available in the SCCM client, and an automatic restart is performed at intervals of 6 hours.

In the Windows Update Log, I have listed the following recurring “Failed” messages once.
2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5019959)
EEHandler *FAILED* [80041010] EE: ExecQuery for query select * from MSFT_VSInstance where Version LIKE 17.[1234567890].%” AND Version >= “17.0.0” AND Version < “17.2.33027.314” AND ChannelId LIKE “VisualStudio.17.Release.LTSC.17.2″”

Maybe you have some info about a BUG or similar?
Many greetings

    Also, I will try HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftWindowsWindowsUpdate
    delete ->
    WUServer and WIStatusServer
