    Sorry for the delay response.

    This issue was not fixed, while i am able to access sccm console from clients at organisation via Remote desktop connection without any issue.

    But at present, you can close this incident and i will contact again with the log files if i need this option on priority. Thank you for the valuable inputs.

    Hi Anoop,

    Thank you for the quick response. As i checked with network team, they updated that there is no port block for internal organisation resources.

    pls be noted that i am able to access sccm console from remote computers of organisation. Please review below log and advise. Thank you once again.

  2. All the ports are open via VPN to connect to ConfigMgr ?

    Are you able to connect sccm admin console with Office computer through vpn ?

    Have you checked admin console log files ? More details about logs https://www.anoopcnair.com/sccm-logs-files-list-of-configmgr-log-files/
