We are struggling to meet monthly patching compliance percentage. Most of the users are remote and dont connect to VPN often as needed as a result the percentage is low. We dont have CMG enabled in our environment. Any Suggestions ?

We are struggling to meet monthly patching compliance percentage. Most of the users are remote and dont connect to VPN often as needed as a result the percentage is low. We dont have CMG enabled in our environment.

Any Suggestions to improve the percentage ?

    I am going to propose the solution but the client is quite skeptical about the expenditure as well.

    If no VPN then CMG or IBCM options are the way to go. Recommended would be CMG

    If users are not connecting to VPN then how could you manage those clients?

    Do you have IBCM configured for your Internet based systems?
