This is the year 2022, why are you looking at the 2019 or 2020 update. Got 2 devices that show they do not require already. If you need to test then look for the latest window update. And also the window 10 version matters

Danish Afzal so if you have 1 win 10 it’s normal behavior the “Required” tab mention how much devices need the specific update

How many clients do you have? It is a Servicing Stack that is required. After that is installed, the other updates will show up as required because they are dependent on the Servicing Stack update

Did you install the SUP role on a separate server? If so check the boundary group and add the SUP site as a reference in the boundary group option.
Additionally, check WUHandler.log on the client-side to check if the device recognizes the SUP site.
Did you check ports open between client and SUP site (Usually8530,8531)

Danish Afzal seems ok. Which classification do you mark at SUP settings?

How long has it been you synced the SUp?Because clients have to scan for updates and report its status.
Take a look at your client settings on how frequently you can. Check the wuahandler log on the client to confirm the scan.

Danish Afzal, Have you checked your client scan setting?
If you have a default setup then it must be once a week. You may want to initiate a scan on All computer collections.

Check Wsyncmgr.log on Server to make sure sync was successful. Force another full sync (change sync time to 5 minutes in the future) anyway and monitor the log.
Right-click on Software Updates there and choose to summarise now. And can set the summarisation setting to be a smaller amount of time, like every 1 hour.
How many Clients do you have? Change Client Agent setting to scan every 1-3 hours. Force Clients to check policy. Force Clients to check for updates.
On Clients not supposedly reporting in, check Wuaagent.log, ScanAgent.log, UpdateStore.log.
