Windows 10 22H2 Support with SCCM/MECM

Currently we are into MECM CB 2111 and Windows 10 20H2. We are undergoing discussions to upgrade existing OS to Windows 10 22H2 and use with OSD as well.

As per Microsoft, Windows 10 22H2 is not supported with ConfigMan 2111 but post-test we are able to manage windows 10 22H2 clients with CB2111 in test env (Like patching, reporting and deployments, didn’t tested OSD as of now). So what does the below chart suggests in terms of support, I am not really getting it.

Could someone please help me understand? 2023 01 13 133814 - HTMD Forum - Welcome to the world of Device Management! This is community build by Device Management Admins for Device Management Admins❤️ Ask your questions!! We are here to help you! - Windows 10 22H2 Support with SCCM/MECM

If you are not following the support statement, you could get into some unsupported scenarios, and Microsoft support won’t be able to help you to fix it. In nutshell, you are your own
