An iOS configuration policy to my device
I’ve come across an issue with applying an iOS configuration policy to my device.
I’ve confirmed that the policy is being applied to other users of the same user group assignment, but not myself and other users.
I am able to confirm that the device is not the issue, I’ve enrolled the device with another user ID, and it worked. I have users that it’s not working.
What did I miss? What should I check?
Appreciate any advice.
P.S.: My device is BYOD.
