An iOS configuration policy to my device
Question
Hi All,
I’ve come across an issue with applying an iOS configuration policy to my device.
I’ve confirmed that the policy is being applied to other users of the same user group assignment, but not myself and other users.
I am able to confirm that the device is not the issue, I’ve enrolled the device with another user ID, and it worked. I have users that it’s not working.
What did I miss? What should I check?
Appreciate any advice.
P.S.: My device is BYOD.

How did you assign it? Can we see the group assignments? Did you use any exclusion groups?

Thanks for your response. I created a group of users and assigned a configuration profile to that group in the usual way. I don’t use any exclusion group.

Have you validated the configuration profile status for the respective device in Intune? Is it successful?

Karthi Keyan B I think the issue comes from the user. Because I logged in with another user ID, and it works normally.
