Block URL : AE Dediacted

Question

Need to block web url on android enterprise dedicated device in edge browser. Tried with app configuration policy (managed device and managed apps both) for edge browser however it is not working.

    It is created for few devices only.

    Tried to block youtube using block url parameter using App Configuration for AE dedicated.

    Did you get this for all the devices?
    What are the policies having issues?
    Or any of the policies are not working?
