CMG Connection Anyliser Error

Question

We have newly upgraded SCCM 2002. Configure CMG. We are not using PKI Infra.

Digicert 3rd Party App for CMG server. Using Token base Authentication for Client.

Getting error while Run CMG Anyliser.

clound mgmt gateway connection analyzer error:

“Failed to get ConfigMgr token with Azure AD token. Status code is ‘401’ and status description is ‘CMGConnector_Tokenvalidationfailed’.

A possible reason for this failure is the CMG connection point failed to forward the message to the management point. The management point returned the following error: ‘Tokenvalidationfailed’.”

Any help appreciated.

    Enable azure ad discovery and you will be getting token for authentication

    I think, With 2002 token authentication, there is a known issue with the CMG Connection Analyzer tool …

    I don’t think it will work with token authentication
