Company Portal Sync

Question

Hi All,

Built-in compliance policy fails for a machine not active, it was offline for 5 weeks.
Company portal sync is not fixing it
Sync via the portal didn’t work
Any ideas on a fix or how to prevent this from happening in the first place for non-active machines?

    Using the Check Access option in the Company Portal should force a reevaluation
