Enabling Chrome Full-Screen Kiosk Mode with Intune

Hi All,

Is there a way that we can enable chrome as full screen kiosk mode using Intune. The major requirement is this customer facing devices which has some specific URL. I was able to achieve everything but only the issue is customers can open other tabs.

Yes, you can enable Chrome in full-screen kiosk mode on devices managed through Intune. This can help restrict the device to a specific URL and prevent users from opening additional tabs or accessing other areas of the browser

Why does it have to be Chrome? Why can’t you use Edge? This is very easy with Edge.

Brian Gade yes I tried edge it’s working but installing in a in private mode. We have requirement as some configuration is required to saved at browser level which is not happening on edge

You could target a URL allow list via defender, so even if they can open a new tab they can’t go anywhere but that page
