Error ‘ZtddeviceassignedtoOtherTenant’ while uploading Hash file on Intune post Motherboard replacement

Question

After MB replacement on a Dell Laptop, pulled the Device Hash and when tried to upload on Endpoint Manager it fails with error ‘ZtddeviceassignedtoOtherTenant’
