Hi All,

Has anyone had an issue in an 802.1x environment where devices sometimes pick up Autopilot and other times boot to the “Who will use the computer?” screen? When it happens, I have to restart the device to try again, and it picks it up on the first reboot and other times, it takes multiple reboots.
The 802.1x profile is working and is in place before the first boot, but it still tries MAB sometimes instead of going straight to 802.1x authentication (or goes 1x > MAB > 1x).

    You need to add this device manually as csv to autopilot, don’t do it online

    Gassous Souhail, the device was added to Autopilot long ago. This happens when rebuilding it using the existing entry.
