How to troubleshoot CO-Managed Win10 devices

Question

Hi,

There are two scenarios in which I am facing the issue.

  1. Device is Azure AD joined but whenever I am trying to add school or work account in the settings, it says your device is already enrolled. However, I am not able to see the work/school account added there and it is not letting me add the account.
  2. My device is there in Azure and Intune Console. Primary user and category all selected. Same case here not able to add school/work account but strange part is when I am opening the company portal application, it just stuck there and says “Error Login in”. I cannot open the company portal.Scenario 2 - HTMD Forum - Welcome to the world of Device Management! Answer ( 1 )

  1. When a device is Azure AD joined and MDM Auto enroll is enabled for your tenant /user..then this is expected behavior.

All the Azure AD Join devices will automatically get enrolled to Intune (no action required)
