Implementing Recommended Actions for Reducing Vulnerabilities in M365 Apps Deployed via Intune

Question

Hi All,

How do I implement recommended actions for reducing vulnerabilities? I can understand when the apps are Win32 and business apps, but when it’s M365 apps, I’m kind of shaky. The M365 apps are deployed to the devices via Intune.
Thank you for your help.

Setup an Intune policy to enforce automatic updates to be turned on for MS365 Apps and specify a deadline – might want to split that out over some rings.

Are you managing patches for Windows and M365 Apps with Intune? Autopatch should be handling those updates if you have it setup.

MichÆl Courville I only have update ring configured for Windows update.

Anonymous member autopatch would handle this, but it sounds like you’re not using it, which is fine. However, you’ll have to do a little bit of work to configure the applications to ensure updates are applied.
