For Corporate-owned dedicated devices enrolled devices we dont have option of sync from the portal. only we have Wipe, delete, remote lock, reset passcode and restart thats it.
Ah ok.. I didn’t notice that … this was not mentioned in the MS Doc – https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/remote-actions/device-sync
I know this seems to be a stupid suggestion ..you might have already tried to restart the Android device ..
And are you sure the same model android device is supported by A4E?
Yes i have restarted device but no luck also with other models no luck so no question of it is with specific model.
yes it is supported A4E.
I have logged ticket with MS they need one day time to check . if anyone have solution before they find it would me helpful for me to proceed.
Any reply from Microsoft support on this.
Please share here if you got anything interesting
Also, it’s only for one device, the best option is to reset and try again!
Hello Yes,
For Corporate-owned dedicated devices enrolled devices we dont have option of sync from the portal. only we have Wipe, delete, remote lock, reset passcode and restart thats it and the “sync option will get on top right click on 3 dots then you will get option of sync at last.
Have you tried the following from Intune portal
Select -Devices > All devices.
In the list of devices you manage, select a device to open its Overview pane, and then select Sync.
To confirm, select Yes.
