Intune App Install

Question

Hi Team,

I have pushed a Windows msi app ( lob ) to few windows devices via Intune by choosing as ” Required Install ” to a user group last month.

It was successfully installed on most of the machines and on few machines is still pending..

when i checked by going to individual machine – managed app – I could see the app status as ” Waiting for Install Status ” for the most of the machines. And Device last sync time is also latest. I don’t see any error.

Please advise how to troubleshoot.

    Thanks Anoop,

    I have gone through the link, It was very helpful.

    With error code, we have an option to see the error and troubleshoot.
    For ” waiting for install status “, may I know the troubleshooting steps if any. ( devices are synced to latest )

    You can try to troubleshoot by using the following method
