Intune License Based
Question
Hi Team, I have doubt about licenses based on Intune.
In our organization we have Microsoft Intune License (which is Microsoft Partner Benefit license). We are planning to implement Intune to our workforce devices.
Here my question is whether we need to Purchase EMS Subscription or we can manage with above Microsoft Intune License alone. Also required differences for Microsoft Intune alone Features and Enterprise mobility and Security.
We already managing tenants with O365 E3.

I assume by Microsoft Partner Benefit you have the Microsoft Action Pack (MAP) . I believe that the Intune you License you get there is sufficient, but Microsoft Licensing is a bit of a Black art, so others may correct me !
Thank You, ( Huw Weatherhead ), In partner benefits instead of Enterprise Mobility + Security they had mentioned only “Microsoft Intune”. Is there any difference hide on this or both have same features.
Yes it depends on your requirements. I think you might minimum need Azure AD Premium P1 license to use Conditional Access policies.
I think P1 license is not part of the Intune license which you mentioned above.
So better to go with additional licenses required. More helpful information https://www.anoopcnair.com/learn-new-sccm-intune-licensing-details/
